No. 1 Midlands Ltd came to my property just before Easter as my conbination boiler had just broken down. It was pointed out to me that to repair my boiler it was of a similar cost to replacing it. The job was done on Good Friday (2nd April) for no additional cost even though it was a bank holiday. Having an autistic child means I need constant heat, this was understood by No. 1 Midlands and made a priority. I cannot fault the workmenship the whole area around the work was cleaned and hoovered even though I said I would do it. I would recommend No. 1 Midlands Ltd to anybody.

No. 1 Midlands Ltd was asked to quote for a replacement conbination boiler. In addition to being one of the most competetive quotes the work could commence within 24 hours as it was still very cold. The work was done to a first class standard meeting all of the new regulations. Appart from a shiney new boiler, you would not know I had workmen in my house - everything was left clean and tidy.

I rang No. 1 Midlands Ltd after finding their number in the yellow pages, the information I recieved was first class. I have a 30 year plus Glow-worm back boiler unit that my service engineer told me was leaking. No. 1 Midlands Ltd attended my house in Wombourne and removed the gas fire to expose the back boiler unit. After looking at the back boiler unit they told me the pipes were leaking. The boiler was then drained down without mess as the whole area was sheeted. The pipes were then quickly repaired with minimum fuss. The boiler was then filled up and tested, serviced, and put back together. The whole area was then hoovered, which was very unexpected as I did say I would tidy up after them.
